Pending deletions
Removal requests from organisations. Approve to delete permanently, or reject to restore.
Reference lists
Edit the categories, subcategories, villages and other lists used across the platform. Changes take effect immediately.
User accounts
Approve people requesting to join an organisation, and manage individual logins — approve/reject, disable/enable, promote/demote, or send a password reset.
Organisation management
Suspend, reinstate, edit contact details, export data for a portability request, or purge PII once rejected/suspended. Promote a member to platform admin, or trigger a password-reset email for any user.
Merge duplicate needs
If two open needs turn out to be the same request, merge the duplicate into the survivor — any pending proposals transfer automatically.
Surge mode
For floods, cyclones or local emergencies: widens all matching radii and boosts emergency categories (food, shelter, healthcare).
Safeguarding: open concerns
Concerns reported by one organisation about another, or about a specific match.
Open disputes
Raised by a party on a completed or cancelled match — something went wrong with the handover.
Recently edited listings
Proactive review, not just reactive — edits made while a listing was actively matched are flagged.
Re-verification due
Organisations verified more than 6 months ago that haven't been reconfirmed since.
Listing moderation & freshness
Stale listings (14+ days without update, or past valid-until). Close anything no longer valid.
